4 Girls by Girls Inc. forms a committee each year which consist of elected members in the program. The committee members meet throughtout the year to disscuss possible topics and activites for that upcoming summer.

4 Girls by Girls Inc.,a non-for profit organization, was created in June, 2007 by Crystal Ivy. Our mission is to embrace, educate, empower, and encourage the lives of young girls. We encourage these girls to be comfortable in their own skin through intergenerational mentorship. The program last for 6 weeks during the summer. Participation is for females between the ages of 7 and 17.
